Bourbon Barrel Foods began in 2006 as a soy sauce microbrewery. It has since expanded to create more than 100 distinct artisanal products, with Bluegrass Soy Sauce as its flagship offering. Their Louisville headquarters has a 2,400-square-foot event space and entertainment area. Additionally, the facilities are available for tours.
