The Venue at Evans Orchard is a stunning event space in Georgetown, KY for weddings and milestone celebrations. Conveniently located in Georgetown, Kentucky, just 13 miles from downtown Lexington, The Venue at Evans Orchard is situated on the Evans family’s fifth generation operated farm. It’s an idyllic space for elegant southern weddings and those seeking a unique farm destination. The Venue can accommodate small to large-scale events for weddings and corporate events alike. Event rentals are available mid-April through mid-November.

Our beautifully renovated tobacco barn offers ample space for a 200-person seated dinner reception, temperature controlled dressing suites, two modern restrooms, a prep area for catering staff, and plenty of parking while overlooking beautiful views of the Evans Orchard and Cider Mill orchard and farm.

The venue property includes an expansive outdoor space can be used for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour on the patio under the string lights, lawn games and more. All of our traditional full day wedding rentals include gold chiavari chairs, brown garden chairs, round tables, banquet tables, a greenery wall, and set up/clean up. Because styles and guest counts vary, we offer additional packages for use of our antique church pews, farmhouse tables, decor, linens, and more.

The Venue at Evans Orchard offers full bar services for all events. We gladly word with you to offer the drink menu and bar that best suits your style and budget. Aside from bar services, The Venue at Evans Orchard offers an open vendor policy for all full day use weddings- meaning you hire the vendors of your choice.
