The Roswell Mill is a unique and cherished piece of Southern history. Originally built by Roswell King, it was destroyed in the Civil War and rebuilt in 1882. We are proud to have been a part of bringing the Mill back to life in 1991 as a special events facility, now famously known as, Ivy Hall.

Complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and exposed wooden beams, this large, yet intimate room can be decorated and arranged to create the setting you’ve always dreamed of. Overlooking Vickery Creek, the courtyard is the perfect space for an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. Complete with outdoor furnishings such as sofas, park benches, trees, and fairy lights.

The wonderful food and beverage is provided by our own in-house company, Events Catering. We offer a range of food options and are happy to create a menu just for you! We host client receptions throughout the year so that you may experience our food and service, meet our senior staff, and ask questions before you pick your menu.

An Account Manager will be assigned to help with all details. This is your go-to planning person – they will help in finding and scheduling all vendors, making a timeline for the day of, putting together your floor plan, menu choices, and much more. Eliminating the need for an outside planner or Day-of Coordinator!
