Reverie Mobile Eatery offers a unique service. Small Plate Service with a combination of other stations/appetizers like shrimp and grits and a Baja Station (chef-crafted tacos) or chef-crafted Slider Bar.
Think of Small Plate Service (at the Reverie Mobile Eatery) as offering your guest multiple appetizers in place of one main course. Small plates allow you, as the party host, to present more culinary creativity while eliminating risk by providing your guests more options rather than hoping everyone likes the same thing.
Reverie Mobile Eatery will display a buffet of small plates (3-4 options) for your quest to choose from without waiting in line. Having two to three stations along with the small plate station will pair nicely for an to remember.

Reverie is a stunning custom-built mobile kitchen serving Eastern North Carolina from Raleigh to Wilmington. With its state-of-the-art kitchen, we are able to accommodate parties of up to 500 people. The stunning look of the mobile kitchen dates back to a retro Shasta trailer, which was very popular in the 1950s. We would love to bring vintage elegance to your big day!
