Cookin’ fresh and smokin’ slow
A taste of Texas BBQ in Eastern NC, we offer a mixture of meats and sides all prepared from scratch, cooked and baked on Big Bertha, the smoker designed and built by the owner, Kent Esau. No mixes or pre-made foods, and all the seasonings and sauces are our own recipe, tried and tested to perfection. We cook our meats overnight, with a careful eye on Bertha, watching the temperature every 20 minutes and keeping the fire going to guarantee the meats and sides are cooked to perfection. Our restaurant can easily accommodate up to 70 guests, or we will be more than happy to cater to your location. We look forward to hearing from you!
