Knoxville Event Venue The Birdhouse Neighborhood Center is an historic home in Knoxville's Fourth & Gill Neighborhood. The primary floor of the space (1230 sq ft) can be rented for events, including weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, after-parties, and much more! The maximum capacity inside is 49 people. The backyard also offers a wonderful space for your event and can hold as many people as you like! The Birdhouse Neighborhood Center is owned by the Fourth & Gill Neighborhood Organization, and 501(c)(3) not-for-profit. We are a mission-based organization providing event rental space to the community.
