I have been decorating cakes since 1989 and I love nothing more than customizing each wedding or special occasion cake to make it extraordinary. I took my first flower class in 2001 from internationally renowned Chef Nicholas Lodge and I was hooked. I want to become something more than just a "cake decorator" and, as I have learned more about my trade, I have discovered that the possibilities in sugar are endless.
