Intimate private event spaces in Louisville area. Monnik Beer Company is a restaurant and brewery in Louisville, KY and is located in the heart of Germantown in an area known fondly as Schnitzelburg. It was the first location to be established in November 2015 by Brian Holton and Ian Luijk. Our upstairs event space offers a more vintage, rustic with heavily wooden feature. It offers a welcoming ambiance that provides guests with a sense of home and familiarity and are easily decorated with a few minimal touches to match anyone's vision. From small events with only 20 people to gatherings with 100 people, our space is suited for a wide range of events. The team offers catering and bar services as well.
