Wedding + Event Bakery The Messy Baking Company is a made-to-order bakery located in Blue Ridge, Georgia. Weddings are our specialty, and we make custom cakes, pastries and other desserts. Our owner and head baker has her Associates' Degree in Baking & Pastry and years of experience. While the aesthetic and design of your desserts are incredibly important, it has to taste good, too! That's why we use tried and true recipes that taste absolutely delicious. If you are local to the Blue Ridge area (or will be visiting) we can schedule a tasting that will allow you to taste different flavors so you can pick exactly what you want. We strive to make the ordering process and seamless and easy as possible, from the first email, to the tasting, designing process, and delivery.
